Stories of Names

Stories of Names is an ongoing participatory project exploring how personal names carry histories of migration, language, memory, and belonging. Through conversations with immigrant women living in Berlin, the project examines how names evolve across cultures and how these transformations reflect experiences of displacement, adaptation, and identity. Combining interviews with textile, sound, and installation, Stories of Names creates a space where individual experiences resonate collectively.
